Workshop on ‘Mind Management’ organised by the Department of Nepali, NBBGC in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Science, NBBGC

A Workshop on Mind Management was organised by the Department of Nepali, NBBGC in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Science, NBBGC on 18 November 2022.

Approximately 200 students of the college participated in the workshop. The said workshop was conducted by Jayesh Daulatjada, Volunteer, Art of Living Organization. He has vast experience in conducting a range of workshops dealing primarily with mind management, across big stages such as youth empowerment and skills programmes at IITs and IISc.

Mr Daulatjada is an IIT-Bombay graduate who understands the power of mind management leading to better results in work and life.The program primarily focussed   on how to enhance efficiency in work/study using mind management techniques. The students had a great time interacting and understanding the intricate components of mind management and how to better manage it. In today’s world, constant interruptions with notifications and social media can lead to long-lasting difficulties in paying attention. This then leads to poorer performance on academic, personal, and professional tasks. The speaker elaborated on how disconnecting from technology and focusing on meditation, healthy food, and nature can significantly boost the power of the mind leading to better outcomes and results
